Paid Media Strategist, Associate Analyst

We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with campaign setup, management, and optimization across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You’ll work alongside senior strategists and creative teams to ensure campaigns hit their KPIs and deliver ROI for our clients. This position is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who loves data, problem-solving, and performance advertising—and wants to learn from an agency that manages millions in ad spend every month.
