Position summary
Trek’s Marketing Team isseekingPaid Social and Design Specialists to elevate our global paid social activity to new heights as well as delivering visually compelling creative assets tailored for each of Trek’s digital marketing platforms.This Paid Socialand DesignSpecialists will run paid social activity fora number ofinternational markets, driving awareness, consideration,interactionandultimately high-qualitytraffic to Trekbikes.com and ensure all campaigns and channelshave the assets theyrequirefor on-brand, optimized campaign performance.
This role is first and foremost a paid social expert who owns strategy, execution and optimization across multiple international markets.
Alongside strong performance expertise, the role requires hands-on capability to adapt and produce paid social assets using existing brand guidelines and global templates, focusing on speed, iteration and performance, rather than end-to-end creative ideation.
This is not a pure designer role . The successful candidate will be performance-led, data-driven and comfortable making creative decisions in service of results.
Key Responsibilities: Paid Social (Primary Focus)
Own and manage paid social activity across multiple international markets, planning, launching and optimising campaigns against awareness, engagement and conversion goals
Lead day-to-day channel management including budgets, pacing, bids, audiences and campaign setup, aligned to local and global business objectives
Adapt paid social strategies to local market nuances, cultures and languages, with an understanding of market-specific platforms and formats
Execute and optimize full-funnel paid social strategies, making informed recommendations on budget allocation, flighting, channel mix and targeting
Continuously evaluate performance and provide clear recommendations based on results, platform updates and industry best practices
Collaborate closely with other paid media specialists to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach across the wider media ecosystem
Key Responsibilities: Creative & Asset Optimization (Secondary Focus)
Adapt and produce static and motion paid social assets from global brand toolkits and templates, optimized for platform and audience performance
Make data-driven creative adjustments (format, messaging, layout, pacing) to improve paid social results
Work closely with brand, content and design teams to ensure assets remain on-brand while being fit for performance marketing
Support other digital marketing channels (paid search, email, display) with asset resizing, versioning and light adaptations as required
Apply an understanding of front-end and digital design principles to support effective execution of performance marketing assets
Ensure efficient creative production workflows that balance speed, quality and brand consistency
Skills, Experience & Attributes
5-8+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, ideally in international markets
Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and audience strategy
Hands-on experience adapting and producing digital marketing assets using tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Figma or similar
Comfortable working within established brand systems rather than creating net-new brand identities
Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect creative decisions to performance outcomes
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance, insights and recommendations to stakeholders
