Job Description
As a Paid Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our paid online marketing campaigns. Your goal is to maximize reach and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies
Tasks
- Develop strategy how to improve revenue and traffic to the EU subs 9 websites (Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Ireland) + support EMEA distributors
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) – current main markets : UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation
- Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ecom, Sales) and external partners (Agencies for Content and Consulting) ...
