**Descripción y Requisitos**
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support production to avoid missing parts in assembly area.
Submit all PPAP documentations required.
Create and implement Preventive Maintenance plan & Spare parts
Administrate the Planning in SAP
Create the tooling in SAP.
Define the direct Labor requirement
Define the machine requirement
Define the Paint Machine Programation, Fixtures, Hand Tools,
takt time / cycle time (balancing and timing for production operations)
Create and/or Up-Date the Works instruction.
Create FMEA
Develop Six Sigma Project
Implement SMED Project
Build the Pilot Run Parts
Waste Water Treatment knowledge
Training personnel and production personnel
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:
Bachelor’s degree: Chemical or Industrial
Use of advance knowledge in Paint process (E-Coat)
Experience in CAD with 3D software (Catia) ...
