SECTION I: GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Develops strategies to insure on time deliveries for painted part to customer.
Support planning & production depts by providing accurate parts status at any given time.
Develops visual aids to be used by Production Dept to follow the sequence of material.
Influences the decisions by his expertise to improve material flow.
Control that each load contains parts required by customer.
Identify all gabs between customer requirements and challenge all resource to correct the situation.
Control and challenge the colors change strategy, to keep process optimum
Evaluate and support urgent customer request to ensure best service and limit the impact within normal.
