Join Advantage Resourcing, a dynamic team in Covington, LA, as we seek a vibrant Paint Sales Associate to enhance our paint department.

Pay Rates: $16/hr-$17/hr

Shifts Available:
  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Every other Saturday, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM
    • As a Paint Sales Associate, you'll:
  • Welcome customers warmly and assess their needs
  • Provide product information and advice on paint products and techniques
  • Promote and upsell paint products
  • Accurately mix paint colors using computerized equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized paint department
    • Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in paint or home improvement preferred
  • Strong knowledge of paint products and application methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
