**Job Title: Paint Technician** **Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Paint Technician to join our team. The role involves completing quality vehicle surface preparation on work truck bodies and equipment prior to painting. This position requires flexibility as our location will move in March from Clayton, NC, to a new site. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional overtime as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint according to established standards.
+ Fill and sand body imperfections as needed to ensure smooth surfaces.
+ Mask and protect vehicle surfaces to prevent unwanted paint coverage.
+ Pre-fit and drill bumpers, ladder racks, and other necessary installations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous equipment painting experience in automotive, marine, industrial, or aviation sectors.
+ Proficiency in paint preparation, painting, and auto body work.
