Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and offices
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks, and applying primers
• Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, stains, and coatings as required
• Carry out touch-ups and minor repairs to walls, ceilings, woodwork, and metal surfaces
