£22 per hour CIS – Ongoing Temporary Work
Must have own van and tools
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator / Multi Trader to carry out damp and mould repair works across social housing properties in Ealing.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and redecorating affected areas, carrying out minor repairs, and completing basic electrical works where required (such as replacing sockets, switches, or light fittings). The work is ongoing, with consistent hours and the opportunity for long-term placements for the right person.
Duties Include:
Preparing and redecorating walls and ceilings affected by damp or mould
Carrying out minor plaster patch repairs
Basic electrical work (sockets, switches, fittings)
