Job Title: Painter
Location: Grays, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Purpose
To prepare, paint and finish access equipment and components to a high standard, ensuring a durable, professional appearance and protection of all surfaces.
Key Responsibilities


  • Prepare machines and components by cleaning, sanding, masking and carrying out minor surface repairs.

  • Mix and apply primers, topcoats and protective coatings using spray equipment, brushes and rollers.

  • Ensure all work meets required quality standards for finish, colour match and coverage.

  • Follow job cards and schedules to support efficient turnaround of equipment.

  • Maintain painting equipment, spray guns and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
