Opportunity

At Pier 4 our portfolio of multi-family real estate assets is growing and as a result we are looking for an experienced Painter, to join our team in Southwestern Ontario, currently with buildings in Kitchener, Cambridge and Guelph. We are looking for a Painter who wants to be part of our exciting journey and is truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing, best-in-class painting and property maintenance.

The Painter, reports to the Property Manager and is accountable for painting and preserving the condition of properties. Our Painters are polite and professional. They can work independently and stay focused...
