Eakas offers a newly structured, competitive pay scale designed to reward your expertise and dedication.   This position plays a vital role in the production process, ensuring high-quality paint products are made efficiently and safely.  First and Second shift available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, mix, and prepare paint batches according to formulas
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively
• Monitor quality and consistency of paint production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
