Job Title: Polisher / Wooden Painter

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation, sanding, sealing, staining, painting, and polishing on wooden furniture and joinery items.
- Apply various finishes such as PU, NC, lacquer, stains, and paints to achieve luxury-quality surfaces.
- Match colors, grains, and shades accurately according to design specifications and sample references.
- Read and interpret finishing schedules, samples, and technical drawings for precise execution.
- Ensure flawless finishing quality with meticulous attention to detail at every stage of work.
- Inspect finished products to meet high craftsmanship standards.
- Collaborate with carpenters, supervisors, and designers to meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Maintain tools, spray guns, and polishing equipment in excellent working condition.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
