Pallet Repairer

Overview

Equation Staffing is currently seeking Warehouse Associates for Pallet Repair for a client located in Calgary AB. This position will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing wooden pallets to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. This role is hands-on and requires the use of pneumatic tools and other hand tools in a fast-paced, assembly-style manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage or wear.
• Replace broken or missing boards, nails, and other components.
• Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure repaired pallets meet company quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience using pneumatic and hand tools preferred.
