**Job Title: Panel Builder** **Job Description**
As a Panel Builder, you will be responsible for building and assembling panels attached to industrial trash and waste compactors. You will need to read schematics provided by engineers and ensure that all wiring is color-coded, neat, and well-organized.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble panels for industrial trash/waste compactors.
+ Read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
+ Ensure all wiring is color-coded and panels are well-organized.
+ Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring issues.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience with MIG welding.
+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in panel building and wiring.
+ Forklift operation experience.
