Panel Builder

As a Panel Builder:

You will work on new and refurbished resistance welding machines that are supplied to a wide range of clients from within the automotive industry.

Receive and strip down of used welding machines in readiness for dispatch to the sand blasters
Receive back the freshly powder coated outer case to begin the process of re-building
Build the required welding machine to the companies, or client's specification
This will include mechanical / electrical wiring work
All jigs, fixtures and drawings are supplied
All parts are produced / machined in-house
Qualifications / Key Skills:

Apprenticeship in associated field or adequate experience
Working knowledge of various types of welding machines an advantage
Ability to work under instruction and on own initiative
Electrical experience or qualifications preferred; mechanical knowledge required
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately
