Panel Operating Manager

Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager within the Engineering Production team, the post holder will be 
responsible for management of all rolling stock movements within the defined depots, ensuring that the 
processes used are adhered to and are effectively executed to deliver the train service, maintenance 
plans and cleaning/servicing activities. The post holder will be responsible for setting up the daily service and ensuring that robust and efficient 
plans are in place to manage the fleets to the defined maintenance plan as set out by Fleet Control. 
The post holder will be responsible for managing a team of Shunter Drivers to ensure that the daily service 
and maintenance/cleaning requirements are effectively delivered.
