Job Description Job Description Title: Switchgear Wiring Assembler Location: Dallas, TX Hire Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (with frequent overtime, averaging 50 hours per week) We are seeking a Low Voltage Switchgear Assembler to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble metal components and electrical enclosures used in power distribution systems. This position is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with tools, following assembly drawings, and being part of a team-oriented environment. Job Duties: Assemble sheet metal parts and components to build switchgear cabinets and enclosures according to specifications. Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and detailed work instructions. Use a variety of hand and power tools (such as drills, impacts, screwdrivers, and grinders) to complete assembly tasks.
