Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pantry Commis I/Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) based in Indore. The selected candidate will perform day-to-day tasks involving food preparation, cooking, and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry. The role includes assisting in creating high-quality dishes, preparing ingredients, and maintaining kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
  • Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on creativity and consistency
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining quality
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Relevant culinary certifications or training are preferred
