JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Paralegal will provide high-level support by conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Employee will:
- Conduct due diligence and documentation on the transfer of shares/ownership/titles to real, personal, incorporeal properties.
- Update STB monitoring and other documents as necessary
- Provide support for the responsibilities and activities of the Legal Department, including general research, coordination, preparation, monitoring and safekeeping of various documents.
- Draft and proofread copy of legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
- Represent Company in administrative hearings and other meetings involving legal matters, where permissible, and as directed
- File and record minutes of the meeting.
