Job Description

The Paralegal willprovide high-level support by conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

  • Conduct due diligence and documentations on the transfer of shares/ownership/titles to real, personal, incorporeal properties.
  • Update STB monitoring and other documents as necessary
  • Provide support for the responsibilities and activities of the Legal Department, including general research, coordination, preparation, monitoring and safekeeping of various documents.
  • Draft and proofread copy of legal documents, such as pleadings and contracts.
  • Represent Company in administrative hearings and other meetings involving legal matters, where permissible, and as directed
