Assembling and organizing information for legal documents
Drafting various types of legal documents and various template commercial agreements, including supply agreements, service agreements, amending agreements, renewals and subleases according to general instructions for the lawyeru2019s review
Managing files from opening to the conclusion of the transaction
Performing a variety of duties in the area of corporate, commercial and regulatory laws
Co-ordinating and managing files in connection with transactional work across Canada
