Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties: Manage case files, schedule appointments, and ensure all documents are filed correctly and on time.
  • Closing Transactions: Assist attorneys in real estate closings by preparing closing documents, calculating prorated charges, and coordinating with all parties involved.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with federal, state, and local laws.
