Our Global Structured Products ('GSP') Group acts primarily for global and regional financial institutions on a full range of transactional, advisory and project-based mandates. Transactional matters principally take the form of structured securities issuances or over-the-counter derivatives transactions linked to a variety of asset classes including equities, indices, funds, commodities, FX rates and interest rates. Advisory matters include issues of securities or derivatives regulation. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our GSP team as a Paralegal. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their legal expertise. While a law degree is not a prerequisite, we are looking for a candidate with a voracious appetite for learning and the flexibility to adapt to a specialized legal field.
