Job Summary
Provides legal and administrative support to attorneys by preparing routine documents, maintaining case files, and assisting in the coordination of litigation and legal requests. Ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and internal policies while supporting efficient workflow within the legal department.
Job Duties
Support litigation case management by organizing and maintaining case files, updating records, and preparing routine documents under the direction of senior paralegals or attorneys.
Assists with scheduling and deadline tracking by updating calendars, monitoring key dates, and coordinating routine communications.
