The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Call newly signed clients to welcome them and guide them through the intake process.
- Collect and document essential information, including:
- Insurance details (auto, health, etc.)
- Driver’s license information
- Accident details (location, time, parties involved, etc.)
- Photos and videos related to the incident
- Contact information (phone, email, address)
- Emergency contact information
- Ensure all collected information is accurately entered into the case management system.
- Follow up with clients to obtain missing documents or clarify incomplete information.
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:
- Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish.
- English must be spoken clearly, with minimal accent, to ensure easy communication with clients.
