The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call newly signed clients to welcome them and guide them through the intake process.
  • Collect and document essential information, including:
  • Insurance details (auto, health, etc.)
  • Driver’s license information
  • Accident details (location, time, parties involved, etc.)
  • Photos and videos related to the incident
  • Contact information (phone, email, address)
  • Emergency contact information
  • Ensure all collected information is accurately entered into the case management system.
  • Follow up with clients to obtain missing documents or clarify incomplete information.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish.
  • English must be spoken clearly, with minimal accent, to ensure easy communication with clients.
