    The Commercial Paralegal will be:

  • Responsible for entity management across the EMEA region, including forming, restructuring and dissolving international entities.
  • Maintaining board resolutions, directors' meeting minutes and annual filings for domestic and international entities.
  • Supporting the commercial contracts team: drafting, reviewing and administering NDAs and commercial contracts.
