This well-established national law firm has approximately 60 staff members in their Perth office and is growing. They are based in a prime location with modern offices overlooking the city. The team is committed to delivering exceptional legal services to their clients across various corporate sectors and are seeking a Paralegal to join their restructuring team.

The Role :

Joining the restructuring & recoveries team you will work alongside one other paralegal supporting one partner with your duties including but not limited to:

• File management: running files and liaising with clients regarding matter queries
• Document drafting: statements of claim, demands, judgements, notices and pleadings
• Filing: e‑filing court documents
• Debtor management: liaise with debtors and negotiate payment
• Administration: general admin duties as required
