Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and cooperative individual who excels in dynamic, communication-focused work settings and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail. This position requires effective collaboration with team members both on-site and through Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities Review, proofread, and conduct quality checks for the Discovery workflow using Word and SharePoint. Draft, edit, and file a wide range of legal and regulatory documents—including petitions, applications, testimony, discovery responses, orders, settlement agreements, and correspondence—using DataSite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other tools. Review, proofread, cite-check, and perform quality control on regulatory pleadings and exhibits prior to filing with the North Carolina and/or South Carolina Utility Commission.
