Paralegal (Ref : FMS)

Salary range: $3500 - $4500

A boutique Singapore law firm is inviting  keen individual to join its team as a Paralegal .

Responsibilities :

• Support Syariah and Family Law matters (including matrimony, variations, annulments, and maintenance), as well as selected Probate, Criminal (including quasi-criminal matters such as PPO applications), and Civil matters.
• Assist in drafting affidavits and other court documents and forms for filing in the Syariah Court, Family Justice Courts, State Courts, and, where applicable, the High Court.
• File and document management (including photocopying, saving, printing, collating, and preparing documents from clients, opposing parties, and third parties).
• Prepare files for upcoming Court dates, conducting legal research, and managing calendars.
