T&L: Legal Assistant Manager (Junior Associate)

Responsibilities: Legal document drafting and contract review, daily corporate maintenance including but not limited to provision of legal opinion, legal research on specific subject matter, and limited representation of the company.

Qualifications: Must have law background ideally in corporate practice; first consider those with legal experience in same industry.
