What you will be doing as a Paralegal

As a Paralegal, you work closely with trademark and design attorneys. You are responsible for the administrative processes related to protecting clients’ trademarks and designs. You handle and monitor the registration process for various clients (portfolio management) both in the Netherlands and abroad. Within this process, you ensure all formal requirements are met, such as collecting and sending relevant documents and keeping track of deadlines.

Your daily tasks also include preparing quotations and organising client visits. You attend important client meetings yourself, as you are, next to the trademark and design attorney, an essential link in the entire service process.

You will join a team of five trademark and design attorneys and several paralegals. Within the team, you act as the central coordinator, assigning tasks in the digital system based on actions arising from incoming mail and calendar management.
