Paralegal: Workers' Compensation

Job Description Job Description Established Mid-Sized Loop Law Firm seeks a motivated Paralegal to work with our Workers' Compensation Attorney team. The candidate will have a minimum of: Two years of Law Firm experience working with general discovery, deposition and medical abstracting. We require a typing speed of at least 60 wpm. Strong knowledge of medical terminology. Compile and prepare medical chronologies. Must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program. The ideal candidate will have: A strong work ethic. Organized. Be dependable Meet deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working on insurance defense matters. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Some knowledge of billing time entry.
