Job Description
• Mandatory technical understanding of Salesforce for financial services.
• Debug the Production issues/challenges
• API's and should know how the salesforce works
• Application support & Application security should be run by the candidates
• Should work with Devops when required
• Should work in the vendor onboarding/management process
• It's not a development role but a pure support(L1,L2,L3) and operational execution role
• Understanding of SFDC platforms for financial services
• Regular follow ups, and in case of escalation reach out to the manager
Desired Profile
• Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
• Experience working with DevOps tools/processes
• Prior experience in Support and familiarity with Application
Security practices
• Experience working with DevOps tools/processes is a plus
• Excellent communication in verbal and written
Qualification Preferably Any graduate in relevant field
