Location: Downtown Ottawa
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30am – 10:30am

Responsible for providing friendly customer service and carefully directing traffic.

Key Responsibilities


  • Assisting customers who are unsure of how to pay for the parking 

  • Dealing with irate customers and solving their issue to the best of their ability within the policy and framework set out for the site (Service is priority) 

  • Assist customers with the overall in/out process of parking 

  • Weather - outdoors location so elements are a factor. 

  • Assist with lot counts 

  • Adjust counters in parking lots and report equipment and safety issues to the site manager.

  • Coordinating with the property security as required with any garage and/or parking related issue
