Part-Time Accounts Assistant Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare (Office-Based) Our client, a well-established organisation in Maynooth, is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper or accounting assistant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day accounting function and ensure accurate and timely financial processing. Key Responsibilities Posting all transactions to the Sage accounting system Inputting supplier invoices and maintaining an up-to-date creditors ledger Credit control and preparation of creditors listings Preparation and filing of bi-monthly VAT returns Recording and reconciliation of receipts for Revenue Month-end duties including: Preparation of accounts up to trial balance stage Preparation of monthly P&L accounts Preparation of month-end accounts and VAT submissions General finance and administrative support Candidate Requirements ...
