About the Project

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Admin Assistant to support a one-time accounting preparation project.

The role involves organising physical receipts, digital invoices, and transaction screenshots, digitising records, and keying data accurately into a Google Sheet for submission to our accountant.

This project is suitable for someone who enjoys structured, repetitive admin work and pays attention to detail.

Scope of Work

Physical Receipts (2025)

  • Sort physical receipts by month (Jan–Dec 2025)
  • Photograph / scan receipts clearly
  • Save receipts into organised monthly PDF files
  • Organise originals neatly by month

Digital Invoices (Laptop)

  • Review and sort invoices stored on laptop by month
  • Rename files in a clear, consistent format
  • Group invoices into monthly folders / PDFs as required

Transaction Screenshots (iPhone)

  • Sort transaction screenshots by month
  • Identify transaction details (date, vendor, amount)

Data Entry

  • Key all transactions (receipts, invoices, screenshots) into a provided Google Sheet
  • Ensure accuracy of dates, amounts, and vendors
  • Flag unclear or missing information for review

Estimated Workload

  • Approx. 18–25 hours total, depending on receipt volume

Project Fee: $250 (one-time)
