Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls-Emails/ relay messages
  • Schedule travel arrangements
  • Receive and mail packages and letters
  • Track and follow up on shipping and receiving
  • Order material and check supplier deliveries
  • Manage physical archive including basement
  • Prepare bank payments
  • Preparation of documentation for authorities, banks etc.
  • Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, with similar breadth of tasks
  • Strong organisation/planning skills
  • Ability to multi task and reprioritise
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and comfortable working with other offices in different locations
  • Fluency in German and English. Any other EU languages considered as an asset.
