Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls-Emails/ relay messages Schedule travel arrangements Receive and mail packages and letters Track and follow up on shipping and receiving Order material and check supplier deliveries
Manage physical archive including basement
Prepare bank payments
Preparation of documentation for authorities, banks etc. Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar role, with similar breadth of tasks
Strong organisation/planning skills
Ability to multi task and reprioritise
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and comfortable working with other offices in different locations
Fluency in German and English. Any other EU languages considered as an asset.
