Hours: 1015 hours per week

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a friendly demeanor to provide support in day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
  • Perform filing, scanning, and general clerical duties
  • Maintain accurate and organized records
  • Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word
  • Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
