The role of Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the growth of top line sales and help create a highly engaging and interactive in -store customer experience. The successful candidate will share the vision for their store to inspire and motivate the team.


Responsibilities

  • Outstanding personal sales

  • Training sales associates

  • A strong customer service environment

  • Execution mechandising standard and all other operation standards such as payroll, tasks, inventory and cash balancing

    • Requirements

  • 2+ years retail experience

  • Excellent customer engagement skills

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Available evening and weekends
