Overview

Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 at Hot Topic . We're looking for music and pop culture fans to help create the best experience for our customers. You'll support the store leadership team, help train new recruits, and assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, with strong product knowledge and customer service.
• Step in and provide leadership on the sales floor when the Manager is unavailable.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions, use fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales, and manage BOPIS and curbside pickup. Close out the register and report shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand the store's sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
