Job Description
I'm a Senior Backend Engineer building production-grade backend systems (Gmail/Jira-style modular services) using Python with strict Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Due to increasing workload, I'm looking for a reliable Backend Support Engineer to work closely with me and help execute backend development tasks.
This is an active development role — you will be pushing code regularly and contributing to real production systems.
Compensation & Commitment
Budget: $200 per month (fixed)
Commitment: ~20-30 hours per week
Minimum Timezone Overlap: 3 hours with PST
Duration: 6–9 months (long-term possible)
