Experience Required
- 2-4 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or practice manager.
- Experience working with an Australian Accounting firm
Key Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements / Installment Activity Statements
- Payroll processing STP and PAYG & Superannuation reconciliation
- Month-end functions including reporting and resolving account discrepancies
- Allocating transactions and bookkeeping
