Experience Required

  • 2-4 years’ experience as an administrative assistant or practice manager.
  • Experience working with an Australian Accounting firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivable / Payable
  • Preparation of Business Activity Statements / Installment Activity Statements
  • Payroll processing STP and PAYG & Superannuation reconciliation
  • Month-end functions including reporting and resolving account discrepancies
  • Allocating transactions and bookkeeping
  • Year-end STP Finalisation
