Part Time Construction Management Instructor

The Construction Management Instructor (Customized Workforce & Certificate Program) is responsible for delivering high-quality, noncredit instruction to adult learners, industry professionals, and workforce development participants enrolled in Bergen Community College’s Construction Management programs.

Instructors teach workshops ranging from 3 to 8 hours. This part-time position involves both virtual and in-person instruction, with opportunities to teach at corporate locations throughout Bergen County. Class scheduling is flexible and can be offered during the daytime or evening. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both online and in-person formats.

This role supports the Division of Continuing Education and Workforce Development’s mission to provide accessible, industry-aligned training.
