Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
  • Managing phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures
  • Assisting with student enrollment processes
  • Providing support for daily center operations
  • Undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor

  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses a polite and pleasant demeanor
  • Capability to travel to different locations as required
