Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Managing phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Handling course fee collection and end-of-day closing procedures
- Assisting with student enrollment processes
- Providing support for daily center operations
- Undertaking additional administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels
- Exceptional people management abilities and a strong team player
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses a polite and pleasant demeanor
- Capability to travel to different locations as required
