Job Description

Overview Direct Support Facilitators - Group Living provide support and assistance to clients within our group living settings, delivering social, recreational and learning based activities within the community.


Hours of Work : Week 1:  Saturday (12:00am -10:00am), Monday (11:00pm-9:00am)  Week 2:  Monday (11:00pm-9:00am) and Sunday (12:00am -10:00am) This is a sleep/awake shift.


This is an existing vacancy ​​​​​​​Qualifications: • DSW, SSW, CYW, or Social Sciences degree or diploma in a related field.


The above education with a DSW Certificate is preferred.

  • • Two (2) years of recent experience working with adults with a developmental disability, transitional aged youth, addictions and/or mental health preferred.
