20 hours per week, weekdays only (EST 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, flexible)

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support day-to-day tasks, including phone calls, research, and administrative work.
This is a part-time remote role
, ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and tech-savvy. You will assist with a variety of tasks, from contacting vendors and realtors to researching products and preparing written communications.

Key Responsibilities:
