Part-time Expert AI for Managers (Logistics & Transportation Focus)

We are seeking an experienced AI for Managers Expert with deep expertise in logistics and transportation to design and deliver practical, non-technical training for business leaders navigating AI adoption. This is a part-time remote instructor role (10-15 hours/week) focused on helping managers understand how to implement AI initiatives effectively—bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate is a former consultant, IT Director, or Digital Transformation Lead who has actually led AI projects from a managerial perspective, not an engineer who codes AI systems. You've been the person who made AI adoption happen in real organizations, dealing with vendors, teams, budgets, and change management—not just theory.

• Deliver live, instructor-led sessions for the AI for Managers in Logistics & Transportation course using existing materials
• Facilitate discussions with senior managers and C-level leaders, helping them translate AI strategy into concrete execution decisions
• Act as a trusted expert, addressing practical questions around AI adoption, risks, trade-offs, and managerial decision-making
• Enrich sessions with hands-on AI adoption experience from logistics and transportation, including vendors, pilots, rollouts, and lessons learned
• Guide executive-level conversations on implementation realities, KPIs, impact measurement, and cross-functional coordination
• Adapt examples to audience maturity and regional context (LATAM / Panama where applicable) and provide feedback to the Nebius Academy team
• Deliver within an existing curriculum framework — no ownership of full course design

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, IT leadership, or digital transformation, with a strong managerial (non-technical) focus
• Hands-on experience leading AI initiatives from a leadership role, including vendor selection, pilots, rollouts, and change management
• Background in logistics, transportation, or export-driven operations, with exposure to senior and C-level decision-making
• Proven ability to drive AI adoption across cross-functional teams (operations, IT, finance, HR, external vendors)
• Practical AI adoption experience (process automation, workflow optimization, decision support), supported by real implementation examples and lessons learned
• Credibility and recognition as a trusted expert capable of engaging senior managers and C-level leaders
• Experience facilitating or training business leaders, with strong remote presentation and live session delivery skills
• Strong understanding of LATAM business context (Panama or broader LATAM preferred); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
• Availability to start immediately, committing 10–15 hours per week (live delivery + preparation)
• Comfort working within an existing curriculum using provided scripts and materials (instructor role, not content owner)
• Regular use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in professional workflows and readiness to contribute to an Expert Pool over time
