Part -Time Groundskeeper/Porter

JOB PURPOSE The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the community grounds and common areas in clean, safe, and visually appealing condition.

In larger communities, the Groundskeeper ensures all landscaping, trash management, and common area maintenance are completed efficiently, while assisting with minor landscaping duties not covered by contractors.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Resident & Guest Service Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees, and contractors.


• Deliver resident correspondence and packages as requested.
• Grounds & Common Area Maintenance Clean and monitor trash receptacles and amenity areas, including the clubhouse, model apartment, pool, sports courts, and restrooms.
• Remove debris from community grounds, breezeways, and amenity areas.
• Perform minor landscaping duties as needed.
