Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing HR operations for operational employees
  • Managing recruitment for temporary workers and partnering with agencies
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding across the business
  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR and employee enquiries
  • Supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters and workforce needs
  • Managing salary reviews, performance reviews, and performance management
  • Handling employee relations and supporting IR-related matters
  • Processing and overseeing payroll
