Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing HR operations for operational employees
- Managing recruitment for temporary workers and partnering with agencies
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding across the business
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR and employee enquiries
- Supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters and workforce needs
- Managing salary reviews, performance reviews, and performance management
- Handling employee relations and supporting IR-related matters
- Processing and overseeing payroll
- Building and maintaining HR frameworks, policies, and the employee handbook
